NRC Group ASA - Appointed to a maintenance contract in Sweden - SEK 337 million

The Swedish Transport Administration has appointed NRC Sverige AB, a company

wholly owned by NRC Group ASA, to a contract for the maintenance of railways in

the area Västra Götaland Väst.

The contract is valued at approximately SEK 337 million, and will involve rail

services such as track, signalling and electro. The work will commence in

September 2023 and is scheduled for completion in August 2028, with an

additional 2-year option period.

This is an important win for NRC Group. It confirms our competitiveness within

rail maintenance in Sweden. NRC Group has been responsible for maintenance in

this contract area for the past seven years and this appointment comes as a

result of systematic work by our team to improve efficiency and performance,

Closing date for submission of complaints is 10 days from today, and formal

contractual signing can take place after this period at the earliest.
