NRC Group ASA - Exercise of contract option

The Swedish Transport Administration has decided to exercise the option on a

frame agreement in the regions South, East, West and North in Stockholm with

Svensk Järnvägsteknik AB, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA.

The option involve rail services such as groundwork, track, electro and

signal/telecom and will commence in October 2017. The project is scheduled for

completion in December 2018.

The estimated total value of the frame agreement is approximately SEK 30

million.
