COMPLETION OF SALE OF THE GEO BUSINESS IN THE UK TO CYIENT EUROPE LIMITED

Reference is made to the detailed stock exchange

release issued by NRC Group ASA (the "Company") on 7

November 2016, regarding the Company's sale of the Geo

business in the UK.

The transaction was completed on 30 November 2016 and

the shares of Blom Aerofilms Limited was transferred

to Cyient Europe Limited.
