Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by NRC Group ASA

(the "Company") on 24 October 2024 regarding launch of the subsequent offering

of up to 20,000,000 new shares (the "Offering") in the Company at a subscription

price of NOK 2.50 per share.

The Company has been informed of subscriptions of shares by primary insiders in

the Offering as set out in the attached forms.
