NRC Group ASA - Fixed income investor meetings and contemplated bond issue

NRC Group has mandated Danske Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor

meetings in the Nordics, commencing on Monday, 26 August.  A NOK 500 million

five-year senior unsecured bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market

conditions.

The net proceeds from the potential bond issue will be used to refinance

existing bank debt to further increase the financial flexibility.
