NRC Group ASA - Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

NRC Group ASA (NRC) has appointed Åsgeir Nord as new Chief Financial Officer

(CFO) of NRC Group effective from 1 August 2024.

Mr. Nord most recently served as CFO of Nettpartner, a Norwegian company

building and maintaining infrastructure for power supply and railways. He will

succeed Ole Anton Gulsvik, who will continue in the CFO role until 1 August

Prior to joining Nettpartner in 2013, Mr. Nord worked in the private equity

sector for ten years. He served as Partner for Incitia Ventures from 2006 until

2013 and as Investment Director for Reiten & Co from 2003 until 2006. Mr Nord

has a solid background from finance and liquidity management, project control,

M&A's and improvement programs.

Mr. Nord holds a master's degree in science from the Norwegian University of

Technology and Science (NTNU).

Anders Gustafsson, CEO of NRC Group.
