CEO OF BLOM ASA DIRK BLAAUW RESIGNS

Dirk Blaauw today has today resigned his position as CEO

in Blom ASA. Nils Karbø, Managing Director of the

subsidiary Blom Geomatics AS, has been appointed acting

CEO of the company with immediate effect. Blaauw will be

available for the company for some time to assist with the

completion of certain processes and to ensure a proper

handover.

Dirk Blaauw has been with Blom since 2004. The Board of

Directors recognizes that he now chooses to resign after

11 years in office. In the opinion of the Board of

Directors, Dirk Blaauw is handing over a company

positioned for profitable growth and with good prospects

for success in a growing industry.

Nils Karbø has a background from the mapping industry in

the private and public sector in Norway. He has a master's

degree in geomatics from the Norwegian University of Life

Sciences at Ås. He has previously been Director of the

Land division at the National Mapping Authority and CTO

for the Blom group.

Dirk Blaauw receives a lump sum payment of NOK 6 million

as part of his resignation agreement.
