Proposed members to the Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee

Reference is made to the notice of the Annual

General Meeting of Blom ASA (OSE: BLO) Thursday 28

May 2015, as well as the announcements about

renaming of Blom ASA to NRC Group ASA with

subsequent combination of NRC Group ASA with the

companies Team Bane and Swedish Järnvägsteknik. In

the notice of general meeting, and in reference to

the notice agenda points 8 and 9, it was stated that

proposals for new Board and Nomination Committee

would be announced in advance of the general meeting,

The following persons are proposed as members of the

new board of NRC Group ASA:

- Trygve Bruland (47), Oslo, Chairman of the board

- Brita Eilertsen (53), Oslo, board member

- Lars André Gjerdrum (38), Oslo, board member

- Kjersti Kanne (47), Bærum, board member

- Kristian Lundkvist (39), Nøtterøy, board member

The following persons are proposed as members of the

new Nomination Committee of NRC Group ASA:

- Arnstein Wigestrand (57), Oslo, Chairman of the

Nomination Committee

- Vegar Urnes (42), Bærum, member of the Nomination

Committee

- Nigel Wilson (52), Bærum, member of the Nomination
