NEW ACTING CEO OF NRC GROUP ASA

The board of directors of NTC Group ASA has

appointed Lennart Flem acting CEO of the company,

effective immediately. He also takes on the position

as acting managing director of the company's Geo

division.

The process to identify a new permanent CEO of the

company is on-going.

Lennart Flem has experience from management

positions within technology and business development

from several industries, including industrial

automation and geomatics. He has previously held

management positions in Tomra Systems ASA, Terratec

AS and NEO AS. He earned his master's degree in

informatics at the University of Oslo, and his

technology management specialisation at the

Norwegian University of Science and Technology in

Trondheim. Flem is 50 years old and lives in Oslo

with his wife and two children.
