NRC GROUP ASA - APPOINTMENT OF NEW CFO

NRC Group ASA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr.

Dag Fladby (born 1968) as the Company's new Chief Financial

Officer, effective 1 March 2016.

"We are looking forward to welcoming Dag to NRC" said

Lennart Flem, acting CEO of NRC Group ASA. "His broad

experience from many levels in a diverse set of

organisations will be very useful in a rapidly growing and

highly dynamic company".

Mr. Fladby has a broad managerial background from different

industries. Including CEO and CFO with Scandinavian Beverage

Group, as investment director with Norwegian Property ASA,

CFO at Holta Invest and most recently as Finance Director

with the Norwegian Armed Forces Logistical Organisation

(FLO.) He holds a Master of Business and Marketing, from BI

Oslo.

ABOUT NRC GROUP ASA

RAIL: The Rail division is a fully integrated rail

infrastructure contractor covering the Norwegian and Swedish
