THE BOARDS APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL STATEMENT FOR 2009

The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has 24th of March

2009 approved the 2009 financial statements for Blom

Group and Blom ASA. Blom Group reports operating

revenues of NOK 736.9 million and a loss for the year

of NOK 83.0 million for 2009. This is in line with

the preliminary financial statements announced on

26th of February, 2010. Compared to the preliminary

financial statements, the total equity is reduced by

NOK 3.1 million due to additional adjustments in the

2008 accounts for the Spanish subsidiary.

The Board of Directors of Blom ASA has decided to

propose to the annual general meeting that no

dividend will be paid for 2009.
