NRC Group ASA: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025

The annual general meeting of NRC Group ASA will be held on Thursday 8th May 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (CEST).

The general meeting will be held as a virtually meeting only, and can be accessed online via Lumi AGM. Shareholders can participate and vote in the meeting from smartphones, tablets or desktop devices.
