NRC Group ASA - Notice of extraordinary general meeting

An extraordinary general meeting of NRC Group ASA (the "Company") will be held

on 2 October 2024 at 10:00 hours (CEST).

The extraordinary general meeting will be held as a virtually meeting only and

can be accessed online via Lumi. Shareholders can participate and vote in the
