The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of NRC Group ASA was held today as a

digital meeting with online participation.

All resolutions were made in accordance with the proposals from the board of

directors, cf. the notice of the EGM that was published on Oslo Stock Exchange

on 11 September 2024.
