Second Quarter Financial Results

On August 9, 2016, Novavax, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
