Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of North Energy ASA, has in connection

with the upcoming extraordinary general meeting on 23 February 2017, issued

proxy rights to Didrik Leikvang to vote for his shares in North Energy owned

thru his fully owned companies AB Investment AS and Liju Invest AS representing

17.010.247 shares, equal to 14.29 per cent of the company.
