North Energy ASA – Results for the second quarter and first half year 2025
North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") recorded a comprehensive income of NOK 8.0 million in the second quarter of 2025 compared to a comprehensive loss of NOK 1.7 million in the same quarter last year. The income reported this quarter is mostly driven by income from associated companies, a positive change in fair value of financial investments, partly offset by an increase in operational expenses.
As per first half of 2025, North Energy reported a comprehensive loss of NOK 1.3 million compared to an income in the first half of 2024 of NOK 11.4 million.
At the end of the second quarter of 2025, North Energy's Net Asset Value (NAV) was NOK 589.0 million. Adjusted for dividends paid, NAV increased by NOK 35.4 million (+6.2%) from the last quarter and NOK 17.8 million (+3%) from the same quarter last year.
