North Energy ASA - Mandatory notifications of trade and disclosure of shareholding

Oslo, 18 January 2017

Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of North Energy ASA, has

purchased 1,400,000 shares at NOK 2.10 per share via his fully owned company AB

Investment AS, and 400,000 shares at NOK 2.10 per share via his fully owned

company Liju Invest AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by

Onarheim after the transaction is 17,421,169 which equals 14.63% ownership in

North Energy ASA.

Rachid Bendriss, financial advisor to North Energy ASA and primary insider, has

purchased 526,900 shares at NOK 2.10 per share via his fully owned company

Celisa Capital AS, and 100,000 shares at NOK 2.10 privately. The total number of

shares beneficially owned by Bendriss after the transaction is 6,800,000 which

equals 5.71% ownership in North Energy ASA.

Didrik Leikvang, financial advisor to North Energy ASA and primary insider, has

purchased 448,163 shares at NOK 2.10 per share via his fully owned company

Isfjorden AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang after

the transaction is 5,164,371 which equals 4.34% ownership in North Energy ASA.

Knut Sæberg, CEO of North Energy ASA, has purchased 50,000 shares at NOK 2.10.

Total number of shares owned after the transaction is 768,822.
