Limea Limited: Mandatory Notification of Trade

Limea Ltd, through its daughter company The company

Rex Technologies Management Ltd, was allocated

9,000,000 shares in North Energy ASA in the private

placement which approved in the extraordinary general

meeting 13. February 2014. These shares were then,

November 2014, transferred direct to the mother

company.

Limea Ltd. has January 18, 2017 sold all its 9,000,000

shares in North Energy ASA.
