Investment AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Onarheim through

AB Investment AS after the transaction is 13,073,070, which equals 10.98%

ownership in North Energy ASA.

Didrik Leikvang, financial advisor to North Energy ASA and primary insider, has

purchased 475,000 shares at NOK 1.3 per share via his fully owned company

Kharybdis AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang through

Kharybdis AS after the transaction is 2,168,108 which equals 1.82% ownership in

North Energy ASA.

Rachid Bendriss, financial advisor to North Energy ASA and primary insider, has

purchased 475,000 shares at NOK 1.3 per share via his fully owned company Celisa

Capital AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Bendriss after the

transaction is 3,625,000 which equals 3.05% ownership in North Energy ASA.

Knut Sæberg, CEO of North Energy ASA, has purchased 60,953 shares at NOK 1.3.

Total number of shares owned after the transaction is 628,822 which equals

0.53% ownership in the company.
