North Energy ASA: Proxy Rights at Annual General Meeting

Anders Onarheim, Chairman of the Board of North Energy ASA, has in connection with the upcoming annual general meeting on 14 April 2021, received proxy rights from shareholders representing 1,851,238 shares in the company, equal to 1.56 per cent of the voting rights. Anders Onarheim owns as per the registration date for the AGM 23,228,465 shares, equal to 19.51 per cent of the voting rights, via his fully owned companies AB Investment AS, Spitsbergen AS, and Liju Invest AS. After the receipt of the above-mentioned proxies, Onarheim represents a total of 25,079,703 shares, equal to 21.07 per cent of the voting rights at the annual general meeting in North Energy ASA.
