Norsk Titanium AS –Share capital increase registered

Oslo, Norway, 24 January 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by Norsk Titanium AS ("Norsk Titanium" or "Company") published on 17 and 22 January 2025 regarding the resolution by the board to increase the share capital in connection with exercise of restricted share units according to the Company's long term incentive program. The issuance of 1,381,161 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the share capital of Norsk Titanium is NOK 64,276,202.08 divided into 803,452,526 shares, each share having a par value of NOK 0.08 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.

This information is published in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Obligations for companies listed on Euronext Growth Oslo and section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
