Change in the management board of group subsidiary

The Supervisory Board of Tariston AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordecon AS,
decided at its meeting held on 16 March 2026 to recall Argo Kotsar from the
position of Management Board member of the company with effect from 21 March
2026.

The Management Board of Tariston AS will continue to operate with one member, Mr
Kaspar Kaldjärv.
