Norconsult: Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026

Sandvika, 13 April 2026 (OSE: NORCO): The Annual General Meeting of Norconsult

ASA will be held on 4 May 2026, at 11:00 CEST.

The general meeting will be conducted as a digital meeting only (in Norwegian),

accessible online via Lumi AGM. All shareholders will be able to participate in

the meeting, vote and ask questions from smartphones, tablets or desktop

devices. For further information regarding electronic participation, please

refer to the guide available at investor.norconsult.com

No pre-registration is needed for attending online, but attendees must be logged

in before the meeting starts. Deadline for registration of advance votes and

proxies is 29 April 2026, at 16:00 CEST.

Please find attached the notice of the Annual General Meeting including

attendance and proxy forms, and the board of directors' proposed resolutions.

All documents to be processed in the meeting, including the annual report and

the proposal from the nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting, are

available at investor.norconsult.com
