Norconsult: Employee representative change to the Board of Directors

Sandvika, 22 May 2026 (OSE: NORCO): Sarah Olsson has been elected as an employee

representative to the Board of Directors of Norconsult ASA, replacing Maria

Hjerppe with effect from 22 May 2026. Sarah Olsson represents the international

constituency of employees, in accordance with the agreed group arrangement with

unions applicable for Norconsult. The appointment is valid until the next

ordinary election of employee representatives in 2027.
