Norcod AS: Minutes from Extraordinary General Meeting

An Extraordinary General Meeting of Norcod AS was held at 09:00 hours (CET) today, 6 January 2026 at the Company's offices at Thomas Angells gate 22, 7011 Trondheim, Norway.

All items on the agenda were resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposals as set out in the calling notice attached to the stock exchange announcement published on 22 December 2025.
