In terms of Ministry of Steel, Government of India's order No. 1/1/2025-BLA dated 15[th] May 2025, notice is hereby given that Shri Bharat Baburo Patil & Shri Mahendra Singh Rao have been appointed as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC Limited for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment i.e. 15[th] May 2025, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Disclosure of relationship between Directors: There is no inter se relationship of Shri Bharat Baburo Patil and Shri Mahendra Singh Rao with any other Director on the Board of NMDC Limited.

He served as the Chairman of the Vanshavali Conservation and Promotion Academy , Government of Rajasthan, holding the status of a State Minister , where he effectively led several initiatives related to heritage and lineage conservation. He also held the prestigious position of National President of the All India Genealogy Conservation and Promotion Organisation for a decade, during which he successfully organized a series of national conferences in collaboration with universities across India.
