In terms of Ministry of Steel, Government of India's Order No. 1/1/2025-BLA dated 15[th] April 2025, the Company had intimated about the re-appointment of Shri Sanjay Tandon (DIN: 00484699) as Non-Official Independent Directors on the Board of NMDC Limited for a period of one year from the date of notification of their appointment (15[th] April 2025), or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Accordingly, in terms of Ministry of Steel Order dated 15[th] April 2025, the tenure of Shri Sanjay Tandon as Independent Director, has ended on 14[th] April 2026.
