With reference to the above and in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India vide Order dated 28.06.2024 has communicated that the President, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (5) under Rule 20.0 of the Conduct, Discipline and Appeal Rules, 1978 of NMDC, has revoked the order of suspension of Shri V. Suresh as Director (Commercial), NMDC Ltd. with immediate effect.
