Ministry of Steel, Govt. of India vide email dated 23.12.2024 has communicated that in pursuance of Department of Personnel and Training's communication no. 36/02/2024- EO(SM-I) dated 17.12.2024, Shri Subodh Kumar Singh, IAS(CG:97), Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, is relieved of his duties in the Ministry of Steel (MoS) w.e.f. afternoon of 18[th] December, 2024 to join his parent cadre i.e. Government of Chhattisgarh.

In terms of the Office Memorandum No. S-14011/16/2024-BLA dated 22th October 2024 of Ministry of Steel, Government of India, a Government Nominee Director on the Board of Steel CPSE shall cease to hold his/her position on the Board of a CPSE immediately upon his/her transfer, retirement, resignation or upon his name being struck of the roll of the Ministry, as the case may be.

Accordingly, Shri Subodh Kumar Singh has ceased to hold the position of Government Nominee Director on the Board of NMDC Limited w.e.f. 18.12.2024 (AN).

The updated list of Directors on the Board of NMDC Limited is enclosed herewith.
