46th NLB Supervisory Board Meeting

Today, 2 March, the NLB Supervisory Board met at the 46th meeting to discuss ordinary reports by its Committees and expert functions of the Bank giving consent to those transactions that require their approval. They also discussed the performance of the NLB Group in 2017 and a preliminary version of the Annual Report. The Group’s audited financial statements will be published within legally prescribed timeframes and in accordance with the updated financial calendar (available on the Bank's website https://www.nlb.si/financial-calendar ), i.e. by no later than 30 April this year.

This announcement will be available on the Bank's website (www.nlb.si) as of 2 March 2018.
