In accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI), Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana ("NLB") hereby announces that the Republic of Slovenia is the home Member State for the purpose of disclosing controlled information related to the NLB's shares (ISIN SI0021117344: Ljubljana Stock Exchange trading symbol: NLBR) and the global depositary receipts representing those shares (ISIN: US66980N2036 and US66980N1046, London Stock Exchange GDR trading symbol: NLB).
