NLB d.d. signed a purchase and sales agreement with Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d., Ljubljana, for the sale of 9,102 shares of Skupna pokojninska družba d.d.
Today, September 14th 2018 in Ljubljana NLB d.d. signed a purchase and sales agreement with Zavarovalnica Triglav d.d. for the sale of 9,102 shares of Skupna pokojninska družba d.d., representing 28.13% of company’s share capital. NLB d.d. sold the shares to the only remaining shareholder of Skupna pokojninska družba d.d, who shall after transaction close in 8 working days after signing of the agreement, become a sole owner of the company. The capital impact of the transaction is not material for the NLB Group.
This announcement will be available on the Bank's website (www.nlb.si) as of 14th September 2018.
