POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Niche-Tech Group Limited (the “Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules (the “ GEM Listing Rules ”) Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange ”) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the “Board ”) of directors (the “Directors ”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders ”) and potential investors that, based on the information currently available to the Board and a preliminary review of the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ended 30 June 2022 (the “Period ”), the Group is expected to record a profit attributable to owners of the Company of not less than approximately HK$5.5 million for the Period as compared to the profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$4.2 million for the corresponding period in 2021. Such increase was primarily attributable to a better product mix which resulted in the improvement on the gross profit of the Group.

As the Company is still in the course of finalising its unaudited consolidated management accounts for the Period, the information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the Board of the information currently available to it including but not limited to the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Period, which has not been reviewed nor audited by the auditors of the Company nor reviewed by the audit committee of the Board as at the date of this announcement and is subject to possible adjustments upon further review.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to read carefully the interim results of the Group for the Period which is expected to be published in early August 2022.
