RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Niche-Tech Semiconductor Materials Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Tsoi Kin Lung ("Mr. Tsoi") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary"), and has ceased to act as an authorised representative of the Company (the "Authorised Representative") under Rule 5.24 of the Rules (the "GEM Listing Rules") Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") with effect from 1 May 2026 due to his personal career development.

Mr. Tsoi has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters in relation to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and the Stock Exchange. The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Tsoi for his invaluable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.

APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The Board is pleased to announce that, with effect from 1 May 2026, Mr. Lau Ka Kit ("Mr. Lau") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Authorised Representative under Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules.

Mr. Lau, aged 38, is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He obtained a bachelor degree of business administration major in accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in October 2011. He has over 14 years of experience in financial management, auditing and regulatory compliance. Mr. Lau has worked in subsidiary of Hong Kong listed companies and auditing firms.

Mr. Lau meets the qualification requirement for company secretary under Rule 5.14 of the GEM Listing Rules.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome Mr. Lau for his new appointments.
