POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Niche-Tech Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ GEM Listing Rules ”) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “ Shareholders ”) and potential investors that, based on the information currently available to the Board and a preliminary review of the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts for the three months ended 31 March 2021 (the “ Period ”), the Group is expected to record an increase in total revenue of 50% to 60% as compared to a revenue of HK$35.7 million for the corresponding period in 2020. The profit attributable to owners of the Company is expected to be not less than HK$1.0 million for the Period as compared to a loss attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$0.5 million for the corresponding period in 2020. Such increase was primarily attributable to: (i) strong customer demand from both Semi-Conductor and LED industries which resulted in strong demand of the products of the Group; (ii) customer’s deployment of new product lines for Mini-LED related products; and (iii) better product mix and strong new product sales resulted in improvement on the gross profit margin of the Group.

As the Company is still in the course of finalising its unaudited consolidated management accounts for the Period, the information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the Board of the information currently available to it including but not limited to the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Period, which has not been reviewed nor audited by the auditors of the Company nor reviewed by the audit committee of the Board as at the date of this announcement and is subject to possible adjustments upon further review.
