PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by Niche-Tech Group Limited (the “ Company ”, together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) pursuant to Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ GEM Listing Rules ”) and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in GEM Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “ Shareholders ”) and potential investors that, based on the information currently available to the Board and the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts for the three months ended 31 March 2020 (the “ Period ”), the Group is expected to record a loss attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$0.5 million as compared to a profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$0.6 million for the corresponding period in 2019. Such loss was mainly attributable to the decrease in the Group’s revenue and gross profit due to the delay in purchase of our products by our customers as a result of the outbreak of the COVID-19 in the early 2020.

As the Company is still in the course of finalising its unaudited consolidated management accounts for the Period, the information contained in this announcement is only based on the preliminary assessment by the Board of the information currently available to it including but not limited to the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the Period, which has not been reviewed nor audited by the auditors of the Company nor reviewed by the audit committee of the Board as at the date of this announcement and is subject to possible adjustments upon further review.
