CHANGE OF DATE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD

Reference is made to the annual results announcement of Niche-Tech Semiconductor Materials Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 24 March 2023 (the “ Announcement ”) and the annual report of the Company dated 24 March 2023 (the “ Annual Report ”) in relation to the annual general meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 20 June 2023. Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement and the Annual Report.

CHANGE OF DATE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Board announces that the AGM which was initially scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 20 June 2023 as set out in the Announcement and the Annual Report will be rescheduled due to administrative reason. The rescheduled AGM will be held on Wednesday, 14 June 2023 (the “ Rescheduled AGM ”).

CHANGE OF BOOK CLOSURE PERIOD

With the change of the date of the AGM, in order to establish the identity of the Shareholders who are entitled to attend and vote at the Rescheduled AGM, all duly completed transfer forms accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Hong Kong branch share registrar of the Company, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21st Floor, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 8 June 2023. The period of closure of the register of members of the Company will be changed from the period from Thursday, 15 June 2023 to Tuesday, 20 June 2023 (both days inclusive) to the period from Friday, 9 June 2023 to Wednesday, 14 June 2023 (both days inclusive), during which period no transfer of Shares will be registered.

A notice convening the Rescheduled AGM will be issued and dispatched to the Shareholders according to the applicable law, the GEM Listing Rules and the articles of association of the Company in due course.
