In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that NHPC Limited has raised Rs. 2489 Crore on 27.01.2025 through Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-convertible, Non-cumulative and Taxable 7.20% AE Series Bonds 2035 on Private placement basis. The details in respect of above issue is enclosed at Annexure-A .
