In compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that NHPC Limited has raised ₹2,000 Crore on 29.05.2026 through issue of Listed Unsecured, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible, Redeemable, Taxable 7.67% AI Series Bonds 2041 on private placement basis. The details in respect of above issue is enclosed at Annexure-A.
