Sir/ महोदय ,
In continuation to our earlier letters dated 12.05.2022, 16.02.2024, 30.09.2024, 31.03.2025, 12.04.2025, 08.06.2025 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that after successful completion of trial run on 29.06.2025, NHPC declares Commercial Opeartion Date (COD) of 4[th] phase of part capacity of 53.57 MW w.e.f. 30.06.2025 of 300 MW Karnisar Solar Power Project, Bikaner. The cumulative commercial operation capacity of above project has reached to 214.28 MW out of total 300 MW.
The COD of balance part capacity will be intimated in due course.
