Sir/ महोदय ,
In continuation to our earlier letter dated 30.09.2025 on the above cited subject and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that Certificate of Successful Trial Run Completion of 5th and Final Phase of Part Capacity of 85.72 MW of NHPC’s 300 MW Karnisar Solar Project/ Plant, Bikaner, Rajasthan has been received on 10.10.2025.
With this achievement, the Plant’s full capacity of 300 MW is ready for COD (Commercial Operation Date). Power Usage Agreement Period of 25 years shall commence after the approval of Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (PSERC) and getting consent of Sole Beneficiary i.e. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL), which is expected shortly.
