महोदय ,
In continuation to our earlier letters of even numbers dated 05.10.2023, 13.10.2023, 22.05.2024, 20.08.2024, 22.10.2024, 26.12.2024, 26.05.2025, 30.06.2025 and 10.10.2025 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that test synchronization of the 250 MW (Unit#2) of 2000 MW of Subansiri Lower HE Project with national grid has been successfully achieved on 02.12.2025 (evening).
The Commercial Operation (CoD) of Unit#2 is expected in the month of December, 2025. Further, development in this regard will be informed in due course.
