Sir/महोदय,

In continuation to our letter dated 09.12.2024 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, 12[th] December, 2024 (meeting commenced at 06:00 P.M. and concluded at 09:00 P.M.) had inter-alia considered and approved the following proposals:

• i) Revised borrowing plan for raising of debt upto Rs.6,900 crore during FY 2024-25 through Secured/ unsecured, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-cumulative NonConvertible Corporate Bonds in one or more Series/Tranches on private placement basis and/ or raising of Term loans/ External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) in suitable Tranches.

• ii) Perusal of General Information Document (GID) and Key Information Document (KID) for issue of Unsecured, Redeemable, Taxable, Non-Convertible, NonCumulative AE-Series Bonds up to Rs.2,600 crore in one or more tranche through private placement, as part of the borrowing plan for FY 2024-25.
