In continuation to our letter dated 26.02.2024, 01.03.2024 & 26.06.2024 and in compliance to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that Ministry of Power (MoP), Govt. of India vide its order dated 18.07.2024 has, in anticipation of Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC)’s approval, conveyed the approval of Competent Authority to extend the tenure of the additional charge to the post of Chairman and Managing Director, NHPC Limited to Shri Rajendra Prasad Goyal (DIN:08645380), Director (Finance), NHPC Limited for a further period of three (03) months w.e.f. 01.06.2024 till a full-time incumbent is appointed, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest,.

हमारे िदनांक 26.02.2024 , 01.03.2024 और 26.06.2024 के पतर्� की िनरंतरता म� और सेबी [सूचीब�ता (िलिस्टंग) बाध्यताएँ और पर्कटीकरण अपेक्षाएँ] िविनयम , 2015 के िविनयम 30 के अनुपालन म� , यह सूिचत िकया जाता है िक िव�ुत मंतर्ालय (एमओपी) , भारत सरकार ने अपने आदेश िदनांक 18.07.2024 के माध्यम से कैिबनेट की िनयुिक्त सिमित (एसीसी) की मंजूरी की पर्त्याशा म� , शर्ी राज�दर् पर्साद गोयल (डीआईएन:08645380) , िनदेशक (िव�) , एनएचपीसी िलिमटेड को 01.06.2024 से 3 महीने की अविध के िलए , या िनयिमत पदधारी के पद गर्हण करने तक , या अगले आदेश तक , जो भी पहले हो , एनएचपीसी िलिमटेड के अध्यक्ष और पर्बंध िनदेशक (सीएमडी) के पद का अितिरक्त पर्भार स�पने के िलए सक्षम पर्ािधकारी की मंजूरी की सूचना दी है।
