COMPLETION OF DISCLOSEABLE TRANSACTION DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY

Reference is made to an announcement (the “ Announcement ”) of Nexion Technologies Limited dated 7 December 2020 in relation to the disposal of property. Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Disposal was completed on 9 December 2020.

As at the date of this announcement, the Board comprises three executive Directors, namely Mr. Foo Moo Teng (Chairman), Mr. Ong Gim Hai and Mr. Roy Ho Yew Kee; and three independent non-executive Directors, namely Ms. Lim Joo Seng, Mr. Tang Chak Lam Gilbert and Mr. Yeung Chun Yue David.
