PROFIT WARNING

This announcement is made by Newlink Technology Inc. (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") pursuant to Rule 13.09(2)(a) of The Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and the Inside Information Provisions (as defined in the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors (the "Director(s)") of the Company (the "Board") would like to inform the shareholders of the Company (the "Shareholder(s)") and potential investors that, based on the management accounts of the Group, the Group is expected to record a loss for the year attributable to owners of the Company of no less than RMB150 million for the year ended 31 December 2025 as compared to the Group's loss for the year attributable to owners of the Company of RMB92.5 million for the year ended 31 December 2024, which is mainly due to (i) the increase in allowance for expected credit losses on trade receivables and contract assets, net; and (ii) the loss on change in fair value of equity investments at fair value through profit or loss.

The results of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2025 remain subject to finalisation and adjustment, if any. The information contained in this announcement is only a preliminary assessment by the management of the Company with reference to the information currently available to the Board, including the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2025, and is not based on any figures or information that has been audited or reviewed by the auditors or the audit committee of the Company.
