New Wave Group AB's income taxations 2007 and 2008

According to prior information (see i.a. press release of 19 December 2008) New Wave Group AB appealed the Swedish Tax Agency's decisions to raise the income taxations for the years 2007 and 2008. The Administrative Court has now presented its ruling and has approved the appeal and repealed the Swedish Tax Agency's decisions to raise New Wave Group AB's income for the income taxations 2007 and 2008 through adjustment.
