Anders Dahlvig proposed as new Chairman of the Board in New Wave Group AB (publ)

The nomination committee proposes that Anders Dahlvig is elected new Chairman of the Board in New Wave Group at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which takes place May 19, 2009 in Gothenburg.

This means that the nomination committee's entire proposal to the Company's AGM is as follows: Reelection of Torsten Jansson and Mats Årjes as members and new election of Anders Dahlvig, Göran Harstedt, Kinna Bellander and Helle Kruse Nielsen as members with Anders Dahlvig as Chairman. No deputy board members suggested. Hans Johansson, Maria Andark and Peter Nilsson have declined re-election.

Anders Dahlvig:

• Primary education: Business Administration (BS) and Masters degree in Economics (MA)
• Work experience: President and CEO of the IKEA Group (April 1999 September 2009) and earlier different positions within IKEA since 1983

• Own or related natural or legal person holding shares and other financial instruments in the company: -
• Independent in relation to the company and its management and major shareholders in the company: Yes
