Nomination Committee's Proposals to the Annual General Meeting 2009

Jan Lidén has announced that he is no longer available for election as member and chairman of the board in New Wave Group, which is regretted by the Election Committee. Proposal for election of a new chairman of the board will be presented in due time before the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which takes place on May 19, 2009, in Gothenburg. The other proposals in the Nomination Committee's proposal, published 2009-02-20, remains unchanged.
